Toxicity
Belonging to a low-toxicity bactericide. The acute oral LD50 of pure mice and rats is more than 2,000 mg/kg, and the subcutaneous
LD50 is more than 1,500 mg/kg. 5,000 mg/kg applied to rat skin has no toxic reaction. Low toxicity to fish, carp TLM(96h) LD50>40
mg/l.
Physical and chemical properties
The pure product is white amorphous powder, soluble in water, dimethylformamide, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in organic
solvents such as acetone, benzene, ethyl acetate, etc., has strong hygroscopicity, and is stable in aqueous solution with pH of
3-9 at room temperature.

Jinggangmycin is an antibiotic produced by actinomycetes. It has strong absorbability, is easy to be absorbed by thallus cells and rapidly conducts in it, interfering with and inhibiting the growth and development of thallus cells. The application range is mainly used for rice sheath blight, and can also be used for preventing and controlling rice false smut, corn leaf spot, vegetable, cotton, bean and other crop diseases.

Control of Rice Diseases
Rhizoctonia solani is usually sprayed or poured on the middle and lower parts of rice after sealing and before heading or at theearly stage of full development, with 5% soluble powder of 100-150g per mu and 75-100kg of water added, with an interval of 7-15days and 1-3 times of application. Rice false smut is sprayed with 5% aqua 100-150ml and water 50-75kg per mu at the booting stage of rice.

Control of Cotton Blight
The seedbed is filled with 500-1000 times of 5% aqua and 3 ml/m2 of medicinal solution.
Control of Wheat Sheath Blight
100 kilograms of seeds used for preventing and treating wheat sheath blight are sprayed with 600-800 milliliters of 5% water
solution, a small amount of water is evenly sprayed on the wheat seeds, the mixture is evenly stirred, and the seeds are sowed after being piled for a few hours. It can also be sprayed with 100-150ml of 5% jinggangmycin aqua and 60-75kg of water per mu when the diseased plant rate in the field reaches about 30%.
